I'm fairly certain that Larry Linville was not gay. I looked it up and couldn't find anything. The submitter could have been confusing him with David Ogden Stiers (Charles) who is gay. ◤

Yeah I think that is what happened, I’ve had a few messages saying this already and I’m sorry for the mix-up. Thanks for letting me know. I   definitely should have realised but making confessions at one o’clock in the morning doesn’t catch me at my brightest hour! :) Sorry again.
